Calling all artisans, designers, and merchants! Gilded Raqs Belly Dance Festival is the perfect place to showcase your products to a vibrant and enthusiastic community of dancers and shoppers. With two vendor spaces—inside the main auditorium (the Badia Stage) and a dedicated vendor room with second stage (the Samia Stage and Marketplace) —you’ll have the perfect setting to connect with attendees and share your treasures!

Ideal for vendors needing more space for displays, fitting areas, and racks, in the same room with the Samia stage!

  • Table + Garment Rack (No Booth) – $150 (Includes 8’ table + 1 garment rack)

Badia Auditorium (High-Traffic Area!)

                  

Perfect for vendors looking for maximum visibility in the heart of the festival.

  • $200 for Two (2) 8’ Tables

  • Limited availability: Only 16 table spots available (4 per level on each side).

  • No garment racks allowed due to line-of-sight considerations

Each booth includes:

One or two 8-ft tables & two chairs 
Two vendor passes for booth attendants
Your business listed on the Gilded Raqs website & social media

Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so don’t wait!

Vendor Guidelines

  • Vendors must staff their booths during festival hours.

  • Load-in and setup details will be provided closer to the event date.

  • Wi-Fi availability and electrical access may be limited—please indicate any special requests on your application.
